Pre-Construction services are provided on properties where the home or commercial facility has not yet been built. We will treat the area where the building slab or frame is to be placed with termiticide. Our pre-construction contracts include a final treatment once the building construction is complete. Our final treatment includes the following:

1. We will trench the grounds surrounding the the building. This trench will be placed approximately 6 inches from the building with a depth of 4-6 inches. We will spray termiticide into the trench and replace the trench contents. We will spray a second layer of termiticide on top of the replaced trenched soil.
2. We will drill into the slab or piers of the building and any attached structures. These holes are approximately the size of a dime and will be drilled every 12-16 inches. We will spray termiticide into the holes and seal them with cork.

Post-Construction services are provided on properties where the home or commercial facility has already been built . Post-Construction contracts include our initial property treatment and provide for an annual termite inspection and treatment schedule. Our initial treatment includes the following:

1. We will trench the grounds surrounding the property approximately 4-6 inches deep. We will spray termiticide into the trench and replace the trench contents. We will spray a second layer of termiticide on top of the replaced trenched soil.
2. We will drill into the slab of the building and any attached structures. These holes are approximately the size of a dime and will be drilled every 12-16 inches. We will spray termiticide in these holes and will close them with cork.Our annual inspection includes a thorough review of the property for any termite activity or conditions encouraging termite activity. We will spray termiticide around the property and in any high risk areas of the home.

We provide spot treatments for non-contracted consumers and existing customers who have completed additions on to their existing property as these additions may be outside of the original contract specifications. Our spot treatment includes a thorough review of the property for any termite activity or conditions encouraging termite activity. In addition to the services listed above, we provide inspections for Wood Destroying Insect Reports.

Our service consists of a full inspection of the property to determine the type of pests encountered and conditions that may be contributing to the infestation. Our flea pest control covers full inspection and 2 treatments for fleas, one to address the current flea infestation and a second 7-10 days after to address any eggs that hatched following the initial treatment.

Our rodent pest control covers the following rodents: Rats and Mice. We will provide a full inspection to determine the location of the rodent access and remove the rodents using bait or traps as appropriate.

To assist in preventing termite infestation in your building, please follow these tips:

• Do not place dirt or landscaping within 6 inches of the exterior foundation and 2 to 3 inches below the first brick for a thorough visual inspection and complete chemical barrier.
• Keep all ivy and plants from growing next to or on the exterior foundation.
• Avoid stacking firewood or other woods within 25 feet of a home without a metal base or stand.
• Avoid using mulch for landscaping neat the exterior. Mulch needs to be 6-12 inches from the foundation.
• Keep surrounding dirt around your home moisture free. Re-locate or re-direct sprinkler systems that wet within 8-12 inches of the structure and maintain gutters to prevent leaks and ensure proper drainage.
• Maintain the chemical barrier protecting your home. Annual termite renewals should be completed when due and a complete ground barrier treatment should be applied every 5 years to maintain efficacy.
• Repair any pipe leaks or roof leaks as quickly as possible and clear gutter clogs to prevent water build-up.
• Watch for termite "mud" trails up and on the slab or piers of the building and alert your termite professionals at the first sighting.
• During swarming season: Keep your outside lights off in the evening.

To assist in preventing general pest infestations, please follow these tips:

• Roaches
• Thoroughly clean kitchen daily including vacuuming.
• Clean kitchen appliances and cabinets regularly.
• Limit food consumption to one room of the house.
• Store all food in sealed containers.
• Use a trash can with a tight fitting lid.
• Silverfish
• Ventilate your bathroom properly during and after showering.
• Rodents
• Store all foods, flour, and sugar in sealed containers as well as pet foods.
• Close all holes that would allow access and seal with caulk
